How do I cancel the subscription/membership if I purchased it through the website?

To cancel your current subscription, sign in from the website (NOT the app on your mobile device) at

Once you are signed in, click on your name (or the profile icon) in the top right corner of the page.

On the next screen, click Subscriptions, click the work "here" and follow the prompt to enter your email address, then you'll get to the page where you can cancel your subscription.

After you cancel, you'll still have access through your paid billing cycle, it just won't renew.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations after the start of a subscription period.

Your subscription will cancel at the end of the current paid period. You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel within 72 hours after your trial period ends or 72 hours within a renewal charge.
