You will be able to get great standalone workouts by choosing your own routines in the Library.

However, Today’s Workout has been highly customized for your body by Dr. James and his team.

Your unique program is designed to provide you with progressively building workouts over the months and years to ensure maximum gains in strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and agility, and to promote injury prevention when playing golf.
