We recommend using Today’s Workout or the Library at least 3-4 times per week, if possible.
This is ideal for maximum gains in flexibility, balance, strength and tone.
These can be done on consecutive or non-consecutive days.
The programs provided therein have been designed to alternate between types of workouts each day to ensure that consecutive days can be done safely.
If using the Library, we recommend that you do not do Cardio workouts on back-to-back days as these require 24 hours of recovery. We recommend doing a Fundamentals or Rotational Power workout the day before or after a Cardio workout.
