Members receive 8 points for completing workouts within the FitFOREVER program through the Fit Fundamentals, Strength and Cardio Fit categories and within the GolfFOREVER program through the Fundamentals, Rotational Power and Injury Prevention categories.
Get another 8 points for each workout you do in a week’s time.
Complete another category for an additional 5 points, and complete all categories for an additional 5 points.
Try to get your FIT score above 70 each week for maximum health and fitness.
Your score will reset every Sunday evening back to zero.
