How do I retake my assessment/start my program over?

If your goals have changed, if you’ve been away for a while or if you feel like your program is too easy or too hard and you would like to start over, you can retake your assessment by clicking the link below. You will be taken to the website and asked to log in and then your assessment will begin immediately. If your program did not change, please email info@golfforever.com for assistance and one of our team members will be able to update your program for you.
