How do I inflate the Stability Ball?

There is a pump that came with the ball that you should use to inflate the stability ball with. It should not be inflated over 65 cm, and the ribbon that came with it should be used to measure the circumference of the ball as you go (you'll need to compare it to a tape measure as there are no marks on the ribbon itself). We suggest letting the ball stay inflated overnight to let the material settle and then recheck the circumference before using it, then add air if needed.
