Your personalized program, which is created by how you answer your assessment questionnaire after signing up, is located in your Today’s Workout category of the dashboard and is what you'll follow each day you want to workout with the program. This takes all the guess work out of trying to decide on what to do on any given day. The assessment questionnaire will begin immediately after you update your password (again, after signing up) and you'll want to pay close attention to the videos there so you can answer the questions accordingly. It only takes about five minutes or so, then once finished, you'll be asked if you'd like a tutorial of the program (I highly recommend) and then you can get started.
Your Today’s Workout consists of the Fundamentals and the Rotational Power which is essentially warm-up and strength workouts. We recommend doing both if you can for maximum benefit, but you only need to finish one of those to completion in order to prompt the next two workouts in your program to populate the next day. Our library is there in case you would like to add on to your workout or if you feel like doing something else other than what is given to you.
The Today’s Workout category follows your program as it is built for you, and it also does not skip ahead of you. So if you are on day two, for example, and you don’t work out for two or three days, the next time you log into your program, your workout will be waiting on day three.
