Where is my package?

If your order/package is missing or late after you received notice that it's been delivered, there could be a few things in play.

There are times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. We have had a few customers report that their package showed up a day or few days after the tracking originally showed delivered.

Another possibility, did a neighbor accidentally grab it from your box or was it left on their doorstep? Or could someone from your household possibly already have it? Also, mentioning this to your postal worker or UPS driver could be helpful as they may be able to offer some insight.
